4. Consent and Controls

4.1 Banner. On first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept all categories, accept only strictly necessary, or customize. We do not load functional, performance, or targeting cookies until you opt in. Continuing to browse without making a selection is not consent for non-essential cookies.
